Always Next Week

Have you ever found yourself so disgusted by how you feel you tell yourself that you will start n a new health and wellness program the next week? And then you find yourself two months later saying next week you will start, and then so on and so on. Making huge life changes can really be tough. The best place to start according to some is right where you are right now. If you start right away the chances are that you may end up sticking with it and actually doing it. If you keep putting it off, it will probably end up that you just keep putting it off again.

So when do you plan on starting? -Tomorrow, next week, never. The choice is yours, hang in there, get motivated and get going.
