So what is a hybrid fruit or veggie? Well first you must know that at some point long-long ago people ate fruits and vegetables just as we do. There were of course several varieties just like today. But along the way, scientists decided they knew better and they started paying around with creating hybrids. There is a of course a clear division out of the people that say they are not as healthy and others that say they are just fine.

An example of a hybrid would be a seedless watermelon or many varieties of bananas. Bananas used to come with seeds, which make sense since seeds are needed to grow more bananas.

So the next time you are in the store, check out what types of produce your store sells or not.

There are so many opposing positions on food out there. It can be really tough deciding what side is best and what is not. Take eating only raw foods for example. They claim you do not need to cook your food. Now they do dehydrate their foods, but other than that they eat everything raw really, and typically they are vegan. But according to many experts some veggies are not meant to be eaten raw. -The same thing with some nuts.

In cases like this it can takes tons of research to come to a conclusion as to what you should do. They key is to be careful and consider both sides to get the full view of what is really going on and who is saying what for what reasons.

There are many reasons why people tend to not eat healthy. For one they just have no desire to. They enjoy eating whatever they want when they want to eat it. There is also the group that has trouble affording the higher cost of eating more organically grown foods. There is the group of people that say it just costs way too much to eat healthy thus they have no desire to. With food prices rising all across the board, from conventionally grown to organically, eating most foods just costs money. But what are some of the unseen expenses that can pop up when you choose not to eat healthier. You could end up with higher medical bills from a disease or illnesses caused from poor eating habits. It can actually cost you more money as well as buying new clothes continuously because you lose and gain weight off and on all of the time. Plus, are you really saving money making poorer food choices? You may not be if you are eating out quite a bit and buying costly unhealthy foods. So sit down, look at your finances and eating habits, and weigh the cost for you and your family.

For example let’s say you’re in a celebrating mood and you want to live it up. One place people start is by eating lots of rich and yummy foods. Or let’s say you are sad, and you want to eat to take the load of sadness off your mind. You try and drown it in ice cream and candy bars.

So be careful being an emotional eater. It could get you into a ton of trouble in the long run. So do you show signs, any at all, of being an emotional eater?
