Emotionally Eating

Emotional eaters do not always eat just because they are sad. There are lots of emotions that may cause us to want to eat. For example let’s say you’re in a celebrating mood and you want to live it up. One place people start is by eating lots of rich and yummy foods. Or let’s say you are sad, and you want to eat to take the load of sadness off your mind. You try and drown it in ice cream and candy bars.

So be careful being an emotional eater. It could get you into a ton of trouble in the long run. So do you show signs, any at all, of being an emotional eater?
