Hidden Foods

Have you ever been told by a doctor or a spouse maybe that you need to cut a food or something. Say for example that you are supposed to cut salt and sugar. No problem right? Well, if you prepare 100% of your meals that may be the case. But what happens when you head out to your favorite restaurant or fast food place. Let’s say you think you make a good choice at both by ordering a chicken salad. They would seem to be low in the foods you can’t have. Problem is that usually that the chicken and dressings are loaded with sugar and salt. BLAH! So be careful, and be informed as to what you are eating.
