How Much Working Out Is Too Much

There are just some people out there that love to workout. Body builders, top athletes or just your average fitness guru take their workouts very seriously. Some do it for looks, others do it for a living and some do it to help their body achieve a better standard of health.

So what should be your limit as far as how long you workout? Well it seems that this question can only be answered by you, a physician or a trainer. But many people say your body will let you know when enough is enough. Heart rate monitoring devices can help you to know when you have reached a maximum target on your heart. Other than that it is up to you to decide how long and hard you should go.
