Motivations When Eating

Sometimes looking at our motivations when we do something may help to give us some insight into why we do things. It also may help to change some of our bad habits. For example, there have been stories of people out there that have the desire to overeat. What helped them to change was first by putting reasonable limits on what they could eat and how much money they got weekly to buy food. Then they used that leftover money, usually quit a bit, and gave it to people that really needed the help. What a good way to help those in need and what a good motivation to stop doing something so you can do another.
