Pass The Butter

Some people say butter is bad for you others say margarine is. So how can you tell? Well for one, do some research. We are not going to say one way or the other, so the decision is yours.

You can start maybe by taking a look into some studies. Now what may also help is to see who did the study. Was it independent or did the company selling you the product do the study. Also, what are each of these products made with? How are they produced? The key here, and usually will be, is to really take the time to look into each product, no matter what they are. This may really help you to make better decisions in the future.
