For some people this time of year can bring about the tendencies to overeat. The Holidays, especially Thanksgiving can be an amazing time to take a few days off and relax with family and friends. Though for some the problem can lie with the quantities of food they eat.
How can it be avoided? For one thing you could consider lowering your portion sizes at each meal. The portions sizes we eat can be a bit too much for some people to handle. The next thing we could consider doing would be to not eat as many sweets and goodies. This time of the year is filled with pies, sweets and junk food.
You can also consider eating sensibly, and taking what extra money you would have spent on a larger meal and give it to a food a bank helping those truly in need this time of the year.
