The Organic Junk Foodie

Just because something is organic does not mean it is necessarily good for you to have all the time. Can you imagine eating lots of boxes of organic mac-and-cheese, with some organic candy bars, followed by tons of organic chips? This ends up happening to some people. They think that, hey it is organic, so then I must be okay. You may want to be careful here. Organic or not, usually balance is better. Eating more of a balanced diet as opposed to eating lots of processed or fried foods -organic or not- can be healthier on the body.
