The Spring Air
All of this talk about eating healthy, exercise and vitamins can tend to get overwhelming after awhile. But depending on your circumstances and your preferences they can also be a very good thing. Sometimes it just seems some good old fashioned sunshine and fresh air is something you need as well though. It just feels great, especially after coming out of a very cold and wet winter, to get outside and soak up the sun. The warmth of the sun can feel great on the body. Certainly you do not want to over do it, but getting some sun just feels good.
The fresh air and fragrances of the air from the flowers, budding trees and grass can be great as well. Now if you have allergies, maybe not, but for those of us that do not, the smells of the season can feel quite great.
So you see, sometimes getting outside can bring us some good health. Sure, all of the other things like eating healthy can be great, but it is not hard to enjoy the fresh air and sun, no preparation needed, just head outside and enjoy.
