Too Much Fitness

Can you really exercise too much? Well some health experts believe you can. It seems logical that you can push your body too far past its limits. We see articles in the news where athletes have been seriously affected by the heat during a long workout, and so on. Other times you may see people have heart attacks during marathons. Certainly other bodies may be more prepared to handle tough and strenuous workouts than others. But how far do we push our body in order to maintain a certain fitness level?

It would seem that it will mostly depend on the person. Most of us know our body pretty well. Of course we aren’t doctors and do not always have the answers. But when we workout we know how we feel. Seeking some sort of professional help could be a very good idea before you venture off into a really tough fitness regime or if you were considering on doing a marathon.

We are all different. Some people may have the body to play football others may do better with long distance running, the key no matter what is to find that maximum workout level.
